Hi, we are AIRES!

We make working with AI feel natural.

AIRES is a research team from Indonesia. We study how people and AI work together, when people should trust AI, and how to design AI tools that help everyone.

Who we are

Designers and researchers who care about people first

Our members build products in industry and do academic research on trust between people and technology. We bring both views into every project.

  • People first

We start with the people who will use AI, including people who are often left out of design decisions.

  • Trust in AI

We measure what makes people trust or doubt AI answers, and how that changes their decisions.

  • Useful design

We turn findings into clear design guidance that product teams can use in real products.

What we do

We listen first, then share what we learn

Every study follows the same three steps.

  1. Step 1

    Listen

We hold discussions and interviews with the people affected, such as parents and product teams.

  2. Step 2

    Analyze

We look for patterns in how people use AI, where they trust it, and where it lets them down.

  3. Step 3

    Share

We share findings with experts, such as child psychologists, and publish them for designers and researchers.

What we are working on

Upcoming study

A discussion with mothers of children aged 3 to 7

We will listen to how mothers of young children see AI in daily family life. We will then share the findings with child psychologists.
